Settling one’s attention upon the movement of the breath, recitation of sacred words, folding one’s hands in prayer.  The power of these acts lie not only in the form, but in our willingness to take the time to pause, to surrender to the inner harmony and wisdom that dwells within us all.  And to meet that experience with an open heart and mind.
