Baker Cooks is a home based service dedicated to providing healthy, organic meals for you to enjoy in the comfort and ease of your own home, work place or rented facility.  I personally prepare them for you, your family or group as well as share my secrets in the kitchen-classroom. The emphasis is always nourishing, healthy, tasty and inviting foods that meet your specific needs.

My mission is to share the pleasures and rewards of an ancient tradition that is alive and well, but not often experienced these days-a home cooked meal! Meals are lovingly prepared with only the freshest of ingredients that are in-season, preferably local and organic. Sustainable, free range and antibiotic-free meats and poultry are also used.

Whether preparing meals with you or for you, the emphasis is on menus that enhance your health and provide nourishment to your body and spirit. Menu plans are designed to fit your particular needs: complete meals or entrees? Soups and salads with a fresh dressing or proteins with a vegetable focus? Perhaps you are in need of support to maintain a particular diet or have medical considerations? Food allergies and other health concerns are addressed by meal plans tailored just for you.
